Today, on May the 4th, I keep wondering why I keep coming back to Princess Leia.
Itโs not because sheโs a princess. Or a space princess.

My favorite part of New Moon is still the scene in which Bella is staring out the window as the months go by. I thought it was the perfect visual depiction of the blank pages in the book.
As part of my Lolaโs New Yearโs Day Raffle, I sent copies of Eyes That Kiss in the Corners to several of my nieces and nephews, who happen to be mixtures of white/European, Filipino, Chinese, Indonesian blood.
